The time indication of the Jacob Jensen Curve 251 is via discs on which the minute and hour hands are depicted as white stripes. The black dial is otherwise completely free of names or indexes - nothing disturbs the design. The hands rotate under slightly convex mineral glass, which is housed in a 38 millimeter wide stainless steel case. The case is, unlike most Jacob Jensen watches, quite high: 11 millimeters. The one-piece black leather watch strap runs underneath the case, making it easy to replace it with a new strap or a strap of a different color. The watch, which is 3ATM (splash) waterproof, contains a reliable Miyota quartz movement. The Jacob Jensen Curve collection has received an honorable mention at the Red Dot Design Awards 2014.
